Shipping Times
- Processing: Orders are processed Monday to Sunday within 1-3 business days, then shipped the next business day.
- Transit Times:
- United States: 3-6 business days (after processing)
- Vietnam: 1-3 business days (after processing)
- International: 20-25 business days (after processing)
- Note: Due to global conditions, expect delays of 10-15 days. These are estimated times—thanks for hanging in there!

Fees below cover all shipping costs—order as many rugs or tablecloths as you like for one flat rate:
- United States: $7.95 USD
- Vietnam: $3.95 USD
- International: $19.99 USD
Order Tracking
- You’ll get a confirmation email with a tracking link after your order ships. It may take 5-7 business days for updates to show.
- No updates yet? The carrier’s still processing—give it a bit! If it’s late, email support@lynsiley.com with your order number, and we’ll jump in to help.
Get Your Address Right
- Check your delivery details carefully! Incorrect or missing info might delay your order or send it back to us. We may reach out to fix it, or cancel if it’s incomplete. Customs clearance can also slow things down.
Incorrect Address
- We’re not responsible for orders delivered to wrong addresses you provide. If you redirect a package after it leaves our warehouse, we can’t cover loss, theft, or damage in transit.
