How do I change or cancel my order?

  • Need to adjust or cancel? Email support@lynsiley.com within 12 hours of order confirmation with your order number.
  • After 12 hours, no changes or cancellations are allowed. Once packed or shipped, it’s on its way—no turning back!

What payment methods do you accept?

  • We take Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, Discover, and PayPal.
  • No checks, money orders, bank transfers, or cash on delivery (COD)—prepayment keeps our custom rugs rolling with Dreamship.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

  • Want a new address? Email support@lynsiley.com within 12 hours of ordering. We’ll check and confirm ASAP.
  • After processing or shipping starts, it’s locked in—use your home address to dodge customs holdups at work spots.

When will I get my tracking number?

  • Tracking numbers pop up within 1-3 business days after processing. Updates take 5-7 business days to show.
  • No number after 5 days? Or “not available” after 3 days? Email support@lynsiley.com—we’ll track it down.

How do I track my order?

  • Simple! Click “Track Your Order” at the bottom of lynsiley.com, enter your tracking number, and see where it’s at.

How long does delivery take?

  • Processing: 1-3 business days for your custom Area Rugs, Tablecloths, or Round Carpets.
  • Transit:
    • United States: 3-6 business days
    • Vietnam: 1-3 business days
    • International: 20-25 business days
  • Heads-Up: Customs or holidays (like COVID-19 delays) might add 10-15 days. These are estimates—thanks for your patience!

How do I return an item?

  • Not loving your purchase? Email support@lynsiley.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason. We’ll send instructions.
  • Items must be unused, with tags and packaging. See final sale items in our Refund and Returns Policy.

Will I be charged customs and taxes?

  • Prices on lynsiley.com are in USD, tax-free. You might owe duties or taxes at delivery, set by your local customs office.
  • These are on you—we don’t cover them or customs delays. Check with your local office for details.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

  • Not right now—express shipping is on hold. See our Shipping Policy for standard times.

When will I receive my refund?

  • Refunds hit your original payment method (e.g., card or PayPal) within 3 business days after approval (processed in 2-3 days).
  • Not there after 10-15 days? Check with your bank, then email support@lynsiley.com if it’s still AWOL.

Why hasn’t my tracking status updated?

  • No stress—your order’s moving! Updates can lag because:
    • Scanning delays at carrier hubs.
    • No updates in transit between countries (it’ll show up locally).
    • Some flat-rate shipping lacks tracking unless added at checkout.
