Refund and Returns Policy

Your Space, Your Satisfaction

At Lynsiley, we want you to love your Area Rugs, Tablecloths, and Round Carpets. If something’s not right, we’re here to help with a clear refund and return process.

Returns

  • Timeframe: You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.
  • Eligibility: Your item must be:
    • Unused, in the same condition as received.
    • With tags and original packaging intact.
    • Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase.
  • How to Start: Email support@lynsiley.com with your order number. If approved, send returns to:
    12D9 Doan Hoang Minh, Tan My, Ward 6, Ben Tre 86000, Vietnam.
  • Note: Items sent back without approval won’t be accepted. Shipping from outside Vietnam may take longer—plan accordingly!

Damages and Issues

  • Check your order when it arrives. If your rug or tablecloth is defective, damaged, or wrong, email support@lynsiley.com right away. We’ll review and make it right.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom orders (e.g., personalized rugs), sale items, or gift cards can’t be returned. Questions? Just ask!

Exchanges

  • We don’t offer direct exchanges. Return your item, and once approved, place a new order for what you want—it’s the fastest way!

European Union 3-Day Cooling-Off Period

  • For orders shipped to the EU, you can cancel or return within 3 days of delivery, no reason needed. Same rules apply: unused, with tags, packaging, and proof of purchase.

Refunds

  • Process: We’ll notify you within 2-3 business days of receiving your return if it’s approved. If yes, your refund—including original shipping—hits your payment method in 3 business days.
  • Bank Delays: Allow 10-15 days for your bank to process it. No refund after 15 days? Email support@lynsiley.com.

Shipping Costs

  • You cover return shipping, unless it’s our mistake (e.g., damaged or wrong item)—then we’ll provide a prepaid label.
